  • I've just installed Opera GX on this computer today, and daily news are missing from GX Corner. They are enabled in settings. I saw a thread from last year with this issue, the op said something about creating a new profile, but I didn't understand.

Opera

All of a sudden the cast option from my Opera GX is gone. It has always worked out fine.
Now what's missing is:

  • 'Cast' option on the right clicking menu on anypages;
  • Youtube/Twitch cast icon;
  • 'Enable chromecast support' from the config menu.

Download football manager for mac. My Spotify desktop on the very same computer shows the Chromecast on its menu an can cast perfectly to it.
All my other devices on the same network can cast just fine to the Chromecast.

I have made some researches on the forum but haven't find one yet.

Hello there! I watch youtube a lot in my spare time, and when I was using chrome it lagged a lot, like couldn't scroll, the video wouldn't load etc. and that's the reason why I moved on Opera GX and it worked so fine! Until 3-4 days ago. Why? Just why? I Haven't done nothing to affect it, still have the same bookmarks/extensions. I tried everything I saw on this forum, even the things pinned.

-Disabled all exstensions
-Disabled the ad-blocker
-Reset settings to default
-Reset flags to default
-Disabled Hardware Acceleration
-Relogged on my youtube accounts
-Reinstalled Opera GX

I change my thermal paste regularly and blow off the dust too with compressed Air.

Before this incident, Opera GX started doing another stupid thing, which hasn't occurred until now. Now I actually need to click the skip ads button when I use the Ad-block on YouTube while being on a white background, which I hate that too.

I really don't wanna change my browser. I Downloaded this because it was fast on youtube, didn't used much RAM, and it was designed for gamers. Please, does anybody have an idea?
